I’ve always liked the 3rd party Twitter apps that let you visualize Twitter in a different way. Previously I have written Visualize Twitter and Inspire New Users with TwitterFountain and Cool Twitter Search Engine–Jetwick.
Today I found a cool site that will let you know when your friends joined Twitter. It presents the information in an easy to visualize format. (Click image to enlarge)
Use your mouse to drag the timeline or the scroll wheel to advance it as well. Just click on one of your friends to get their start date and bio.
By using this fun app, I was able to determine that a lot of my friends started in early 2009.
This service limits the number of your friends on the timeline to 1200–not a problem for most people.
